Click to play videoI have been intrigued to try this unique toothbrush and was happy I got it. After using it the first time my teeth and gums felt very clean a refreshed. I've been using for many years one of the main brands for ultrasonic toothbrushes. I've been using this brush now for a few days and and I continue to feel impressed how my mouth feels following brushing. I see there are mixed reviews on this brush so here are my thoughts:- My brush came with a different brush head than what is in the product images. It appears my brush came with a Version 2 brush head which is larger and has more bristles. It fits my adult mouth perfectly.- Per the instructions you need to rotate the brush side to side while in your mouth to enhance the brushing effectiveness, experience and results. You can't just stick it in your mouth like a sports mouth guard and just let it sit stationary while it vibrates.- Each cycle is one minute. I run the brush for two minutes which is the same amount of time my traditional ultrasonic brush cycle runs
